Well, the deadline has come and gone and I couldn't be happier with what has been accomplished. I'm very grateful to all the lyricists who answered my call for collaborators and worked with me to create the music listed below. It was wonderful to see each creation appear and become what it is. My testimony of Jesus Christ and His restored gospel has been strengthened and my appreciation for others who have given of their time and talents to bless us with beautiful and uplifting music has deepened.
I'm sure there will be thousands of submissions for the committee to pour over. The chance of one of these works being selected is slim, but the whole experience has been wonderful regardless of the outcome. Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised if something found herein is selected--we've done our very best work together and I have been uplifted by every part of the process.
By the way, many thanks are due to Juicio Brennan for his Lyric Hyphenator, a convenient online tool that puts hyphens between syllables in english text. I used it to prepare the lyrics for each and every piece of music below.
